As an accomplished healthcare executive, I've gained invaluable insights into leadership, navigating obstacles, and managing complex challenges. Serving as a trusted advisor and sought-after mentor, I was privileged to guide many individuals, particularly women, on finding their paths to success. My experiences and leadership advocacy have honed my ability to inspire others, particularly in helping them define and achieve their purpose and vision.

Professional Bio
A catalyst for business transformation at Fortune 100 healthcare companies, such as Cigna and Optum Rx, I launched enterprise initiatives that improved customer outcomes and loyalty, accelerated growth, and surpassed financial expectations. Known as top performing strategic operator, I bring over 30 years of senior leadership expertise.
An advocate for leadership growth and development, I was a trusted advisor and mentor for leaders at all levels--from new managers to senior executives. One of my joy's was establishing highly regarded women’s leadership programs.

My areas of expertise are leadership coaching, and career transitions, including the transition to retirement. My clients include mid to senior level leaders.

I am an ACC accredited and LINC Personality Profile certified coach. I hold both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Boston University.
Currently, I serve on Home Base's Leadership Council and the Bedford Council on Aging Board. I was a member of Cigna' s prestigious company wide program recognizing employee excellence. For two consecutive years, I was the recipient of Catamaran's Operations Excellence and then the Chairman’s Leadership award.
